Newsletter Mailing Inserts
Members may provide single-sheet event flyer inserts to
be included in our
regular newsletter mailings for a small fee. Materials larger than
specified, or not in keeping with the purposes of AGO, will not be
accepted for mailing. Inserts may be printed on one or both sides. An insert must fit in a 6x9 inch envelope and be one of the following:

Paper no larger than 8.5 x 11 inches, folded in half
no larger than 8.5 x 5.5 inches.

Card stock no larger than 8.5 x 5.5 inches (no folds
allowed).
In addition, a PDF version of the insert is also required,
since many members receive the newsletter by email rather than in
printed form. The PDF file (for Adobe Reader) should be created as
output from the original document file (Word, etc.) and optimized for Web use. It should
not be created by scanning the printed flyer, since this results
in an overly large graphic file rather than a smaller text-based file.
Please contact our

coordinator, Rick Jackson,
regarding delivery of your printed and folded inserts and your PDF
file, number of printed copies required, and
deadline for mailing. A check or money order payable
to Los Angeles Chapter AGO (no cash) must accompany your delivered
copies.
For brochures and other multi-page publications that
cannot be accepted as newsletter inserts, we can provide a set of mailing labels
for a small fee. Please contact our
registrar, Stephen Park,
for mailing labels.
