Our chapter newsletter, LA Pipeline, is published in most months of the program year (September through June) and mailed to chapter members. Items for the newsletter should be sent to the newsletter editor, Kathy Nixon.

Please note that the online version of LA Pipeline may not contain additional materials such as flyers or other inserts that were included in the mailed version.

Newsletter Mailing Inserts

Members may include single-sheet event flyers in our regular newsletter mailings for a small charge. Materials larger than specified, or not in keeping with the purposes of AGO, will not be accepted for mailing. An insert must be one of the following:

Paper no larger than 8.5x11 inches, and folded in half no larger than 8.5x5.5 inches
Card stock no larger than 8.5x5.5 inches (no folds allowed).

Please contact our mailing coordinator, Rick Jackson, regarding delivery of your inserts and the number of copies required. A check or money order for $35 per insert payable to Los Angeles Chapter AGO (no cash) must accompany your delivered inserts. See publication schedule above.

For brochures and other multi-page publications that cannot be accepted as inserts, we can provide a set of mailing labels for a minimal charge. Please contact our registrar, Stephen Park.
